		<description>Ah, "the arpeggiator," that's good. I find it often helps to target specific notes for the chord change, and see how many ways you can approach it. Moving chromatically from the 5 of the I chord to the 3 of the IV chord is pretty common.

Good luck on that vibrato.</description>

		<description>Hey Joe. Really enjoying the blog. This is a really important one. My college (the guitar institute UK) calls it 'the arpeggiator'. What I find tough is avoiding the root note at the chord change - I tend to just hit the 5th or sixth string root on the change so I end up sounding regimented and a bit 'straight'. Anyhoo I look forward to the next post - I think I'm gonna do the Vai 1 hour meditation/vibrato thing tonight. Hope it works!</description>
