Check the Videos section of From the Woodshed, and you'll find a collection of videos of my guitar playing that I uploaded a couple years ago. I'm moving them all to a different account, joewalkerguitar, where I'll try to get back into the habit of posting clips. I just uploaded a short clip of me playing a composed solo over the changes to Lee Morgan's "Hocus Pocus." Check it out below. I'll write up a post about it in a couple days, complete with a PDF of the composed solo.
